Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs regulations vary by country, and C'emadier has no control over customs procedures, processing times, inspections, or any delays caused by customs authorities.

If your order is held by customs, additional documentation or payment may be required before delivery. Customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their country.

We strongly recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance.

Any delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, local authorities, weather conditions, or international carriers are outside C'emadier's control.

International Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of international shipping, all international sales are final.

We do not offer international exchanges or returns, including but not limited to:

• Size exchanges

• Color exchanges

• Product returns

• Refunds due to incorrect sizing

For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review our Size Guide before completing their purchase.
