At C'emadier, every garment is made to high quality standards. Most of our products are made to order, which allows us to reduce textile waste and offer exclusive pieces made especially for each customer.

Production time

Estimated production time is 3 to 15 business days for sizes XS to XL, and 3 to 20 business days for Extended Edition sizes (XXL and XXXL), counted from payment confirmation. Once production is complete, the order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

If the product purchased is available in stock and its shipping label has already been generated, it will be shipped immediately.

Delivery times

All orders are shipped from Bogotá, Colombia.

Once the order is handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

• International shipping: an additional 5 to 7 business days, depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

• Import duties and taxes: international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These depend on each country’s regulations, are not set by C'emadier and are paid by the customer.

These times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping carriers

We work with well-known carriers to make sure your order arrives in the best condition. However, once the package has been handed to the carrier, the logistics process depends entirely on them.

Delays may occur due to high demand, customs inspections, road closures, weather conditions, operational issues, travel restrictions, unforeseeable events or force majeure. These situations are beyond C'emadier’s control.

Although we will always support you and track your shipment until delivery, C'emadier is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or circumstances outside the production and dispatch process.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address, recipient name, contact number and any other details needed for delivery. If the order has to be re-sent because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the cost of the new shipment will be paid by the customer.

Urgent orders

If you need your order by a specific date or urgently, we recommend ordering well in advance. Although we work to meet our production and dispatch times, delays during transport or customs may occur that do not depend on C'emadier. Acceptance of this policy

By making a purchase through www.cemadier.com, the customer confirms having read, understood and accepted this Shipping Policy. The customer also acknowledges that production time and transit time are separate processes, and accepts that any delay caused by the carrier, customs or force majeure is beyond C'emadier’s control and does not constitute a breach by the brand. If the customer needs the order by a specific date, it is their responsibility to order with enough time to avoid issues from possible logistics delays.
